Physical goods ship from Chicago, Illinois. Digital products and software are never shipped — they are delivered the moment payment clears.

- Orders are packed and dispatched from Chicago, Illinois.
- Destinations
- To be confirmed — the territories Monark Commerce ships to will be published here before the first order is accepted.
- Carriers
- To be confirmed — carrier accounts are not yet in place. The carriers used will be named here, and the carrier for a given order shown on its dispatch confirmation.
- Processing time
- To be confirmed — the interval between payment clearing and dispatch will be stated here, and on each product listing, before the first order is accepted.
- Delivery estimates
- To be confirmed — any estimate shown will be the carrier's estimate. Estimates are not guarantees, and Monark Commerce will not present them as such.
- Shipping cost
- Whatever the shipping charge is, it is shown in full before payment is taken. No shipping charge, handling fee, or surcharge is ever added after an order is placed. The rate table will be published here before the first order is accepted.
- Tax and duties
- Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown before payment. Monark Commerce will not ship taxable goods before it is registered to collect that tax.
- Undeliverable parcels
- To be confirmed — how refused, unclaimed, and returned-to-sender parcels are handled will be set out here alongside the carrier terms.
- Lost or damaged
- A parcel that is lost in transit or arrives damaged is dealt with under the returns terms, not left to the carrier's claims process alone.
Digital products and software
Digital products and software are not shipped. They are delivered immediately on payment, as a download or a licence issued to the email address on the order. There is no carrier, no dispatch interval, no tracking number, and no shipping charge — because nothing physical moves.
Delivery is complete at the moment access is issued. That matters, and it is why the return position for a file differs from the return position for a parcel. The difference is set out in the returns terms rather than left to be discovered afterwards.
